New question type: Numerical with Units

Using this question type allows students to enter any equivalent response and checks their understanding of units. For example if you code a question with a key of 24 cm then .24 m, 2.4e-4 km, and even 9.45 inches will be marked correct. You can also give partial credit for compatible units. Just click the Assignment Options link from the Assignment Editor or the Options link from the Course Edit page. And tolerance works the same as a regular Numerical question.

This question type is considered beta at present but we'd definitely like to get some of you out there to try it and let us know how it goes!
