The Assignment Previewer now includes the same features as the Question Previewer--Open in Editor/Reload from Editor, Details, and the ability to save your preferences by 'pin'ning them (clicking the pin icon after you make a change to the Show All and Hide All will make your changes your new default).

The Details link in the Assignment Preview gives the administration settings for the assignment, including the Feedback settings.
