We are pleased to report that WebAssign service during the evening hours has been improved considerably.

While service is generally smooth for most users even during heavy load periods, we are aware that traffic-related slow-down events are still occurring intermittently. Please be assured that we will not be satisfied until service is returned to optimal levels.

In order to achieve this increase in performance, during the past several weeks we have added new web servers, significantly increased the power of our database, and implemented programming changes to optimize the WebAssign software.

We have several additional planned improvements to the WebAssign system which will be brought online during the next few weeks which should address the remaining performance issues. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
